OC Studios of Tampa Bay was founded by Oscar Chirinos and operates out of Wesley Chapel. We photograph and film residential listings, new construction, commercial interiors and the businesses that occupy them — every week, across fifteen cities in and around Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando and Pinellas counties.

Everything we deliver comes from the same small team. There is no dispatch queue and no rotating roster of subcontractors, so the person you speak to on the phone is the person who turns up at the property, and the editing standard does not change from one booking to the next.

That matters more than it sounds. Most agents we work with are managing several listings at once, and what they need is not a surprise — it is photography that is technically correct, delivered on the day it was promised, looking like the last set and the set before that.

On the commercial side we produce brand films, team headshots, workplace photography and 3D tours for offices, restaurants, retail units and professional services throughout Tampa Bay. Same crew, same standards, same approach to planning the work before anyone picks up a camera.
